Barco has finalised the sale of its Defense & Aerospace division to Esterline in the US (Barco to Sell Defense & Aerospace Division to US-based Esterline).
As a result, all employees in the division have joined the Esterline group and Barco’s activities in the defence and aerospace markets have been transferred. In return, Esterline has transferred the entire amount of the transaction, €150 million, to Barco.
