Axiomtek’s newest digital signage media player, the OPS883-H, is an OPS-compliant model that supports UltraHD resolution.
Driven by a dual- or quad-core Core i3/i5/i7 Haswell processor, the media player can be used in multi-display and large-venue applications. It measures 200 x 119 x 300mm and can connect to an OPS display via a JAE TX-25 connector. An internal Mini PCI-e connection enables the use of WiFi or 3G/4G modules; there is also a tray to accept a 2.5″ HDD.
The Trusted Platform Module 1.2 feature is supported, and a Watchdog Timer is built in to reset the system after a malfunction.
HDMI, USB 2.0 (x2), USB 3.0, RS232 and RJ45 ports are featured, with additional DisplayPort, USB 2.0 (x2) and USB 3.0 inputs accessible via the JAE TX-25 connector.
