Verizon in the US has done a deal with Asus to exclusively offer a new smartphone that has a dual curved edge 2.5D Gorilla glass design and features a 23 MP rear camera. The ZenFone V phone has a 5.2″ FullHD AMOLED display and uses a Snapdragon 820 processor with an Adreno 530 GPU. Memory is 4GB and storage is 32GB with 256GB available via Micro SD.
The front camera is an 8MP device and the rear camera has a Sony IMX 318 image sensor, laser auto-focus, and 4-axis optical image stabilisation. There are full manual controls on the camera. The phone has USB Type-C connectivity and a 3.5mm audio jack. The battery is not removable and has a 3000 mAh capacity.
