Well regarded Apple analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo has tweeted that Apple is going to have a new Apple TV box with an ‘improved cost structure. The most recent version of the box was released in April 2021, the Apple TV 4K with A12 Bionic chip, along with a new Siri Remote.
What We Think
Apple’s stock has fallen quite around 20% since earlier this year and its market capitalisation has been passed by Aramco, the oil company. Some investors are concerned that Apples services customers may cut their purchases of Apple services, if they don’t see them as essential, and may trade down in the market for devices. Apple has warned of up to an $8 billion shortfall in revenues because of Chinese supply chain issues. (BR)
