Antik Telecom, in Slovakia, will launch a hybrid OTT-satellite TV service in Q1’15. There will be six pay-TV packages, with up to 80 channels. The satellite portion will use the DVB-S2 format. Additionally, Antik will launch a mobile TV service (Antik TV Go) in December, with up to 47 channels. Finally, the company announced plans to launch an upgraded home gateway box in Q2’15, which will have four satellite tuners and support for UltraHD and HEVC decoding.
