Analogix Responsible for Acer’s Jade Primo Docking

We have seen Acer’s Display Dock and Jade Primo working together several times: first at IFA 2015 (Acer Looks to Gamers, Chromebooks and “PC Phone”), and most recently at MWC and CeBIT. The Dock and Windows-based phone, through Continuum, act as a PC when connected to an external display. Analogix Semiconductor has now said that its SlimPort ANX7816 and ANX7418 USB-C transmitters and controllers are used in the phone, while the Dock features the ANX7402 USB-C controllers and ANX7737 converters. These provide DisplayPort AV output capability over USB-C.
