Amazon and Best Buy’s latest Fire TVs have a sleeker design and better HDR

In the US, Amazon and Best Buy have released new Insignia and Toshiba TVs based on Amazon’s Fire TV software. Features include QD support for WCG and Dolby Vision operation as well as DTS Virtual-X audio. Alexa support is built into the remote and can be invoked with a button. There are a total of 80 different models available in North America. The sets can be bought online and collected from Best Buy when they start to ship.

Pricing starts at $599 for a 50″ and the largest size in the F50 series is 70″.
