Acer’s new gaming monitors launched at CES 2023. The Predator X45 and Predator X27U, are high-performance OLED displays. The 45-inch UWQHD (3440×1440) Predator X45 has an 800R curved display with a narrow frame that increases the field of view to enhance immersion in gaming. It also supports 98.5% of the DCI-P3 color gamut for realistic images. With DisplayPort 1.4 and two HDMI 2.0 ports, it is compatible with both PCs and consoles and is TÜV Rheinland EyeSafe-certified.
The OLED panel of the Predator X45 has HDR10 and a peak brightness of 1000 nits, providing excellent contrast and a UGR<22 rating that enables glare-free gaming in bright conditions. It also has an adjustable metal stand with a sturdy metal base that keeps the large monitor stable during gameplay.
The 27-inch WQHD (2560×1440) flat panel of the Predator X27U, with 98.5% DCI-P3 coverage, is ideal for professional gamers looking for a reliable and powerful monitor for daily use. It is also TÜV Rheinland EyeSafe-certified and has a peak brightness of 1000 nits and HDR10 capabilities for stunning visuals.
Both the Predator X45 and Predator X27U have a fast 240 Hz refresh rate and 0.01 ms pixel response time, along with AMD FreeSync Premium technology, to provide smooth gameplay. They also have a KVM switch that allows for easy switching between desktops and laptops without changing the keyboard and mouse. Additionally, a USB hub with USB Type-C is provided for convenient storage of gadgets and other peripherals.
