Absen – a world-leading manufacturer of high end LED solutions for the Rental, Corporate, Sports, OOH and Retail markets – is blazing a trail at this year’s Prolight + Sound exhibition (Messe Frankfurt, Germany, 4-7 April 2017) with a breath-taking stand design (hall 4.0 at E35) that ably demonstrates the full power potential of its LED screen products.
The striking stand reflects the company’s latest promotional campaign aimed at the rental and event markets where sub-3mm screens set the leading edge. Pulling no punches, Era 2 states, ‘it’s time to make a difference!’ and Absen will demonstrate just how with its 2mm series rental product.
Dominating the stand backdrop, 84 Absen M 2.9 LED panels combine to create Absen’s largest curved screen to be showcased at a trade exhibition, standing at 6m x 3.5m. The recently launched 168×168 pixel panel boasts a contrast of 7,500:1 and can be stacked to create a concave or convex videowall without the need for any additional tools or accessories.
Increasingly addressed as the new standard in rental staging, the ultralight M2.9, weighing in at just 7.6kg, is set apart by its patented locking and releasing system. The system follows a unique “one action” principle, ensuring hands don’t move from the moment you take the panel out of the flight case until it’s fitted on the video wall.
The eye-catching visuals of the stand design are continued into the wings and across the stand floor, where Absen sister company, VISS Lighting’s NX7S dance floor panels take over. The high-resolution, interactive, LED video dance floor will offer visitors a real-time user experience thanks to an accurate tracking of object positioning, enabled via its built-in pressure sensor.
In the stand’s hands-on areas demonstration modules of the N2 LED indoor display solution, perfect for retail; the T5 super-lightweight, fast assembly, multi-function display for touring and events, and the D2Plus 2.97mm pixel pitch, prime image-quality display for corporate events, as well as a preview of a new fixed installation prototype model, the A272. With a pitch of 2.54 mm, the A272 is the perfect LCD replacement in the advertising, retail or corporate space.
Finally, Absen will hold 30mn presentations on its stand at 10:30am and 3:30pm on the first and third day of the show to present its latest solutions. The afternoon session will be followed by a drink reception on both days.
