Absen said that it will be the first official LED colour display supplier to the Chinese Football Association Super League (CSL), the top tier of professional soccer in China. Absen will supply a total of sixteen Absen A97 perimetral LED display solutions for a minimum of 240 games each season for four years in return for sponsorship and tournament stadium rights.
The A97 panel is an IP65/IP54 rated unit is hosted in aluminium housing. Measuring 128cm wide by 96cm high, with a depth of 16.3cm, the panel features a pixel pitch of 10mm across a display surface of 320 x 320 pixels. The 5,500-cd/m² screen has horizontal viewing angle of 160º and 125º vertically.
