Despite doom and gloom from the major PC data suppliers, Acer said that its sales were up 34.2% in September to $852 million. For the year to date, revenues are down 7.3% to $6.73 billion.
Business highlights include revenues from:
- Gaming desktops grew 14.2% in Q3 YoY
- Commercial desktops grew 8.0% in Q3 YoY
The firm’s non-PC businesses are now 22.9% of revenues and were up 15% YoY
