Jeep plans to offer on-board access to Amazon Fire TV on the 2022 Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer SUVs as an option. “Amazon Fire TV for Auto” interacts directly with Jeep’s Uconnect 5 software system. The passenger will have a 10.3″ display, while the rear passengers will have 10.1″ touch displays.
The video can be seen by the rear seat passengers and by the front passenger, but the video is concealed from the driver by a privacy filter except when the car is parked.
The car will also have a facility for voice control via Amazon Alexa.
