Covering the full range of BDL3552T/00 T-Line interactive solutions from PPDS, the de re (de-install/re-install – editor) warranty is activated immediately out of the box, eliminating the timely and easily forgettable product registration processes that continue to be used by other brands.
What’s more, in the unlikely event that a fault occurs with the product that cannot be fixed remotely, the PPDS de re warranty means a dedicated PPDS qualified engineer will be sent out directly to where it’s installed, removing the faulty unit and reinstalling a replacement, including all cabling, recommissioning and testing, if required. All within 48 hours of fault reports made before midday or 72 hours for faults reported after midday.
