DTG and Deutsche TV-Plattform’s Ultra HD Plugfest enjoyed a good turnout in London last month, according to Broadband TV News. The publication reports that over 50 engineers and developers from a total of 28 companies attended to test a range of AV equipment including TVs, STBs and AV receivers over three days.
The event was run in conjunction with the Ultra HD Forum’s Big Interop Event, which enabled users to explore the interoperability of the devices they were testing. The next Plugfest is tentatively scheduled to take place in Berlin, Germany in December.
