INT Will Show High PPI and Flexible OLED

INT Tech Co., Ltd, a start up, has said that it will show an AMOLED display with 2,228 ppi for VR and AR applications at the forthcoming SID Display Week event. The display is also reported to use a light field approach that is said to reduce the vergence-accommodation conflict (VAC) while because the display can be made on glass, it can be made wide, to enhance the field of view.

Separately, the company will show O’Flex, a foldable display that is claimed to use a comprehensive integration on layer stacking scheme to slim down the display thickness, reduce the bending radius and attain full function with creaseless bending even after a half-a-million bending test in the lab.

Details will be presented during the poster session (no P.216). www.int-tech.com.tw or [email protected]
