UK analyst, Futuresource Consulting believes that UltraHD TV sets will hit 100 million unit sales this year, taking two thirds of the complete large screen market and expects positive market developments in the US and China. The firm said that over 75% of all TVs in those markets will be over 40″ in 2018.
The company also expects widespread adoption of voice technology in TVs.
