We recently saw reports from Taiwan that AUO has showcased a 27″ gaming monitor, a 15.6″ gaming notebook display and a 2″ VR display all based on miniLED backlight technology. We checked out the reports with AUO which told us that the products were prototypes and more details are likely to be available in Q3.
