In its earnings call, Google’s CEO, Sundar Pichai said that the company is expecting that there will be 11 Daydream ready devices on the market from manufacturers like Samsung, LG, Motorola and Asus by the end of this year. We also saw reports that the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ have recently received an update that add support for Daydream headsets, moving Samsung away from just supporting Oculus.
