Legrand of France said its US business has agreed to acquire Milestone AV Technologies, a maker of branded AV products including flat panel mounting solutions, projector mounts, projection screens, PTZ cameras, equipment racks and AV furniture for both the consumer and commercial AV markets. The businesses will be integrated in the AV division of Legrand, with Legrand’s Middle Atlantic business, but both product lines will remain in the market.
The deal is valued at $950 million and will be funded by new debt.
