Digitimes has reported that Mediatek is struggling to ramp up production of its Helios X30 AP (MWC 2017 Round-up) and that, as a result, Qualcomm is winning business for its Snapdragon 835. The site also reported that Qualcomm is providing a better software environment than Mediatek.
