Osram Takes its LEDs up the Zugspitze

Osram celebrated its 110th birthday as a brand with an ice hockey match at 3,000m up on the Zugspitze mountain, the highest mountain in Germany. Eight members of the EHD Red Bull Munich team played a game on a rink surrounded by LEDs, which were added to clothing, helmets and the puck. The company also made a commemorative video projection at the German Patent Office in Berlin and the illumination of the facade of the Westin Excelsior Hotel in Rome, also celebrating its 110th birthday in 2016.
