Samsung will introduce QLED TVs (i.e. OLED architectures with Quantum Dots replacing the OLED materials) in 2019, according to Digitimes Research in Taiwan. In the meantime, the company will develop its QD film, QD filter and then QD LED technologies, the researcher has said.
