Streaming Without Data Usage Offered in Croatia

Croatian provider Hrvatski Telekom is offering a new service, Stream On, which allows subscribers to watch content through a mobile app regardless of where they are and without any data usage on their mobile tariff plan. They are promised high resolution anywhere. The first month will cost only HRK9 ($1.35) for 10 hours of streaming. Subscribers can also choose a one-off payment of HRK598 ($89).
