As well as mobile devices, Google is releasing Android 7.0 (Nougat) for its Nexus Player. New TV features include the ability to use multiple Google accounts on one device; picture-in-picture support; and multitasking functionality. HDR support has also been added as a system-level process. The Nexus Player (now discontinued) is so far the only device to receive the update, with others likely to be waiting some time: Android TVs from Philips and Sony are still not using Android 6.0, for example.
