Hungarian regulator NMHH has said that digital TV is growing quickly in the country. In March, 72.5% of pay-TV subscribers were using digital services. Cable and IPTV customers stood at 2.2 million, or which more than 1.3 million were digital. There were 900,000 satellite subscribers and almost 102,000 using pay-DTT platform MinDig TV Extra. In total, there were over 2.3 million digital customers and 3.5 million pay-TV customers.
