Computacenter has signed an agreement with Arrow Electronics to sell its IT disposal and recycling business, RDC, for £56 million ($85.3 million). RDC is considered to be one of Europe’s largest IT recycling firms but contributed only 1.4% of Computacenter’s total turnover.
Under the terms of the agreement, Arrow has also entered into a five year agreement with Computacenter for IT disposal services, which it said remains a part of Computacenter’s customer proposition.
