Russia’s Yota Devices, creator of the dual-screen Yotaphone, is working on a tablet. According to Russia’s Izvestia newspaper, the tablet also features E Ink and full-motion (likely LCD) screens.
A final decision on whether to manufacture the tablet is still to be taken, and CEO Vladislav Martynov said that the company’s focus is still its smartphone.

The logic of having an external display with low power, low information, content on a smartphone seems logical to me. It’s not nearly so obvious to me that this would be useful on a tablet. Yota should be at MWC, so we’ll talk to them there. (BR)
