ZetaDisplay has expanded its digital signage portfolio by buying another firm, Dutch provider QYN, for 82.3 million SEK ($9.81 million).
Before the acquisition, QYN was a subsidiary of KPN and a partner of the Scala digital signage software company.
ZetaDisplay has purchased two Finnish digital signage companies in the past two years—Marketmedia Oy in 2015 and Seasam Oy earlier this year.
The firm’s purchase of QYN will expand its market presence in the Netherlands. QYN has stated that its management structure will remain unchanged, and the merger with ZetaDisplay will create “the largest European full-service company for digital signage“.
