Xiaomi has a new eReader that has a 7.8″ 1878 x 1404 (300 ppi) E Ink-based display with a quad core chipset, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. It is available by crowdfunding at 1,099 Yuan (around $170)
What We Think
I do meet those that love E Ink displays and readers, but although I have owned three, I probably haven’t looked at my latest one for a couple of years. LCD or OLED devices just seem more convenient as they are usually around. (BR)
