WiGig Enables Dual ‘UltraHD’ Displays

DisplayLink has demonstrated the use of dual ‘UltraHD’ (DisplayLink says that the resolution was 3098 x 2160) displays being operated over a 60GHz WiGig connection. Taking place at the Intel Developer Forum, the demo used a WiGig-integrated notebook and a WiGig docking station connected to two UltraHD DisplayLink USB Graphics adapters. The adapters enabled the UltraHD monitors to show ‘wired-quality’ latency and image quality.
