Vuzix announced its FY17 Q1 result with net sales of $1.4 million and net loss of $4.2 million. The sales had grown by 233% on yearly basis while the net loss also increased from $3.8 million a year ago.
The revenue increase was primarily the result of the volume production release and commencement of sales of the M300 Smart Glasses and the sales of engineering services for a specialized version of the company’s smart glasses for Toshiba.
