VueReal of Canada said that it has received ‘volume’ orders for its transparent microLED-based displays in automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications. It will start shipping in Q4 2021.

What We Think
This kind of ‘sparse matrix’ design with lots of space between bright pixels is an ideal application for microLEDs. The more you pack them together, the more they cost and the better alternative technologies look. (BR)
