Vivitek has a new UST projector, the DH768-UST, that has been added to the D760Z Series. The system uses a reflective mirror and outputs 3,100 Ansi lumens with 12,000:1 contrast. The projector has 1920 x 1080 resolution and uses a 0.65″ DLP. The throw ratio is 0.23:1 and the recommended image size is 80″ to 150″ at 4cm to 41cm distance from the screen. The light source is a laser phosphor type and colour support is listed as Rec.709.
The dimensions are 509 x 390 x 145mm and the unit includes a 10W speaker. OInputs are VGA, dual HDMI and a range of video inputs. VGA and loop through and there are USB and Ethernet connectors.
The projector will cost £2,210 in the UK ($2,988 + tax).
