VirnetX Holding Corporation (VHC) has invested in OmniTeq, a provider of AI solutions for military and government applications. As a result, VHC will be the exclusive provider of cybersecurity solutions for OmniTeq’s AI offerings. OmniTeq’s AI solution, AThENA, will be integrated with VHC’s Matrix and War Room products into Samsung display products.
OmniTeq plans to sell VHC’s secure Samsung display products to their existing federal and commercial clients, including prominent names like Colliers International, Skinwalker Ranch, and the US military.
