A new company called Vector is to introduce a smartwatch later this month with ‘a whole month’ of battery life. Vector will show the watch at an event in Basel, on the same day as watchmaking fair Baselworld begins (19th March). The company, which includes former Timex CEO Joe Santana, says that it has stripped away unnecessary features to extend the battery life (likely including an LCD screen – TA).
