Universal Display Corporation posted Q2 net profits of $10.8 million, down from $47.2 million a year ago, on revenue which dropped to $56.1 million from $102.5 million. For the first half there were profits of $16.8 million, down from $57.6 million, on turnover which fell to $99.7 million from $158.1 million. The company cited a decline in material sales due to weak smartphone OLED panel demand for the decrease.
