The presentation of the certificate took place during the InfoComm 2023 event. The Product Carbon Footprint certification offered by TÜV Rheinland allows companies to transparently and independently document the environmental impact of their products, showcasing their commitment to sustainability in the technology industry. This certification not only provides a competitive advantage but also strengthens the trust of customers and business partners.

By quantifying and reporting the carbon footprint of a product, TÜV Rheinland enables organizations to identify the main sources of carbon emissions in their product production and take action to reduce them. The resulting carbon footprint report and statement can be used to engage with stakeholders interested in understanding the CO2 emissions of a product.
