TPK reported a 45.2% sequential increase in sales in March and 32.7% jump year on year to NT$10.6 billion ($340.6 million). Last month’s result brought sales in the first three months of 2015 to NT$28.9 billion ($928.7 million), down 26.9% from Q4 but 8.8% higher than Q1 2014.
The company is reported to be optimistic about orders this year for devices with fingerprint recognition capabilities from Chinese vendors including ZTE.
