TCL has said that it (and subsidiaries) sold more 6.1 million handsets ‘and other products’ in May, rising 11% YoY. Sales volume overseas was up 24%, to 5.9 million units; Chinese shipments reached 264,000. For the first five months of the year, TCL sold almost 28 million units; of which 14.6 million were smart devices.
