Sparton Corp of the US has released under the Aydin Displays brand, a 24″ rack mounted rugged LCD with UltraHD resolution and featuring a PCap touch screen. The monitor outputs 250 cd/m² with 170º viewing angles and contrast of 1,000:1. Response time is 14ms.
Inputs include DisplayPort 1.2, VGA, DVI and dual HDMI (1.4 and 2.0). It meets military requirements which include: MIL-STD-810G (Drip & Sand/Dust), MIL-S-901D (Shock), MIL-STD-167-1A Type 1 (Vibration) and MIL-STD-461F (EMI). The operating temperature range is 0ºC to 50ºC.
