IT firm Omega has been authorised to distribute Sony’s PlayStation products in Austria.
Sony originally released the PlayStation 4 in the fourth quarter of 2013. Since then, the hardware has gone through two revisions. The PlayStation 4 Slim, an identical machine in a smaller, sleeker form factor, and the PlayStation 4 Pro, a more powerful version capable of outputting Ultra HD resolution and HDR, were both released in the mid-late 2016.
The PlayStation 4 has shipped 67.5 million units globally as of September 30th 2017.
