Sony Europe has acquired Belgian company eSaturnus NV, which develops video-over-IP solutions in the medical field. The acquisition covers all of eSaturnus’s assets, including IP, technologies and software solution capabilities. Sony intends to expand the business first in Europe and later worldwide.
Sony has said that no material impact is expected on its annual financial results as a result of the deal.
