Suppliers of panels of under 10″ saw a disappointing May, with shipments down 2% MoM and 7% YoY. Compared with April, CPT was down almost 7%, while the other three saw little change. However, against a year earlier, only Innolux saw an increase (nearly 2%). The other three saw big drops, with CPT down 30%, Hannstar down 26% and AUO down 14%.
