Exelon has employed the services of LED display manufacturer SilconCore, alongside consultants CallisonRTKL and integrator Mauell, to create an eye-catching, modern display solution for its new $160 million Exelon Tower at Harbor Point in Baltimore, Maryland.
As guests enter the reception area of the new Exelon Tower, they will see two of SiliconCore’s Orchid 1.9mm LED displays positioned side-by-side, displaying branded graphics created by Moment Factory. The Orchid screen is 165″ (4.19m) and displays at Full HD resolution in a 16:9 aspect ratio. It also operates at a brightness of 4,000 cd/m².
Meanwhile, on the trading floor, a 100′ x 7′ (30.5m x 2.2m) 1.9mm LED screen displays real-time TV and data feeds in a 160° horizontal and vertical viewing angle, allowing information to be read clearly from almost anywhere in the room, the company said.
