Sharp/NEC to Present New PV801UL Projector Model at ISE 2022 Before Official Product Launch

Sharp NEC Display Solutions Europe is going to offer visitors of ISE 2022 a sneak preview of the new NEC PV801UL projector model before it officially launches in September 2022. The bright and compact installation projector supports flexible installations by wide lens selection and built-in features such as Edge Blending and geometric correction technologies.

This is the first member of the new NEC PV Series laser projectors and comes with ProAssist support for easy control and adjustment.

The NEC PV801UL projector captivates users with bright and high-quality visuals. The compact model comes with built-in functionalities that make it attractive for flexible installations in corporate and higher education environments: wide lens selection and Edge Blending technology support the use of two or more projectors for wide visual angles, geometric correction eliminates spatial distortions in the projected images, and ProAssist support makes the projector easily controllable and adjustable. Fully compatible with previous generation lamp-based PA Series mechanical lenses and lens mount, Sharp/NEC customers can easily replace the PA lamp-based projector with the newer PV laser model. This way users can benefit from the latest laser technology.

“Our brand-new NEC PV801UL projector is ideal for business environments or in higher education where bright image quality is needed”, said Gerd Kaiser, Senior Product Manager Large Venue and Digital Cinema projection at Sharp NEC Display Solutions Europe. “It brings flexibility and ease into these scenarios and makes an improved user experience – all that at an attractive price level.”

Sharp/NEC will showcase the new NEC PV801UL projector at ISE 2022 in Barcelona. Visitors will find the new projector model and the team of Sharp/NEC experts in Hall 3 at stand E600.

The NEC PV801UL laser projector will be available as of September 2022.
