Sharp NEC Display Solutions Europe is launching its latest laser projector, the NEC P627UL. The new model requires zero filter and lamp replacement thanks to its completely sealed optical engine and laser light source. Paired with minimal power consumption, the P627UL is suitable for usage in higher education as well as in corporate meeting rooms.
A new standard in silent operation, 22dB in Eco mode is quieter than the ticking of a watch and is unsurpassed by any other installation projector. With 4K@30Hz input processing, comprehensive connectivity, and supporting WUXGA resolution, the projector delivers a visual experience.
Requiring zero maintenance over its long 20,000-hour lifespan, the sealed optical engine and laser light source means filter, and lamp replacement is obsolete; paired with a minimal power consumption of just 318W in normal mode, the P627UL ensures low operational costs. With optional WiFi and embedded MultiPresenter function for wireless presentation and screen sharing, this is a suitable meeting room and classroom tool, which also meets the needs of rental and staging companies and digital signage use cases.
Alistair Round, Product Manager Commercial Displays and Business Projectors at Sharp NEC Display Solutions Europe said, “the new NEC P627UL laser projector is super silent, yet brilliantly versatile. Thanks to its filter-free design, its laser light source, as well as its sealed and dust-protected optical laser engine, users benefit from a worry- and maintenance-free projection over the projector lifespan of up to 20,000 hours. The low noise level of only 22dB will never disturb meeting and conferencing scenarios. The NEC P627UL makes all that and more possible at an affordable price level.”
