Ceatec Japan will take place between 7th and 11th October this year in Chiba City. Sharp will be at the show, centering around the theme of ‘Discover Good Life’.
Sharp’s stand (Hall 1, L02) will be divided into four areas. First will be the smart home, making use of renewable energy and Internet of Things devices. In the second zone Sharp will promote its UltraHD Aquos TVs, including the Quattron Pro technology seen at CES this year (Display Monitor Vol 21 No 3). An 8k display prototype will also be showcased.
A range of tablets and smartphones will be in the third area of the stand, with a frameless design. The final area, dedicated to in-car electronics, will show Sharp’s Free-Form Display (Display Monitor Vol 21 No 25) technology and 3D motion sensors.
