Samsung has taken the highest consumer satisfaction score for both sub-50″ and 50″+ TVs, according to research by JD Power and Associates in the USA. This is the second consecutive year that the company has topped a US quality test for HDTVs. Samsung was followed by Vizio and LG in 50″+ TVs, and LG and Vizio, respectively, in sub-50″.
