The Korea Herald has reported that Samsung has won orders for more OLED panels for the upcoming iPhone. The paper reported that Samsung Display has won a second order (after a 100 million display order placed last year) for 60 million flexible OLED displays. The value of the order is said to be 5 trillion won ($4.35 bllion), Assuming the next generation of iPhones sells around 200 million units, as previous series have, that would mean Samsung Display supplying 80% of Apple’s demand.
