Samsung reduces MicroLED pixel distances by 10% for 99-inch TV model

What They Say

The Elec reported that Samsung has been able to reduce the distance between its Wall LED TVs from 0.63mm to nearly 0.5mm, allowing the firm to make a 99″ version, down from 110″. The chip size is reported to be around 35 x 60 microns and the final diagonal is likely to be 99″. Samsung had previously said that it would have a 99″ model this year, but has not yet launched one. The Elec reports that the firm’s target is just 500 microLED TVs this year.
